Marc Elkman is the Founder of Fresh Meal Plan. A health and fitness enthusiast since his youth, Marc is a certified Personal Trainer. With continuing education in Business Administration and Hospitality Management, at only 24 years old, he proposed the Fresh Meal Plan concept to Patrick Delaney, who agreed to be a Co-founder. Their mission was simple: “to offer a delicious, affordable, high-end meal program that will change as many lives as possible.” In just a few short years, he was able to grow the business exponentially and Fresh Meal Plan now delivers nationwide.
Patrick Delaney is a Co-founder and Executive Chef of Fresh Meal Plan. Delaney was is a 1983 graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Patrick has been a Distinguished Visiting Chef at Johnson & Wales University, and was the Executive Chef for hundreds of national conventions for corporations such as Nike, Sun Micro Systems and Ford Motor Company. Serving for esteemed institutions such as Polo Club of Boca Raton, Adams Mark Hotel, Sheraton Bal Harbour, and Doral Resort, Delaney has fed numerous athletes, politicians and celebrities, and his prestigious roster of luminaries served includes former Presidents Clinton, Bush Sr. and Reagan, Mikhail Gorbachev, the Saudi Royal Family and former Colorado Governor Bill Owen.
Glen Tobias is a Registered Dietician/Nutritionist, with a BS in Nutritional Science from Rutgers University, and a MS in Clinical Nutrition from NYU, who serves as an advisor to Fresh Meal Plan. Tobias, an MS, RD, CSSD and Sports Performance Nutritionist, believes that making positive changes, instead of restricting food intake, is the key to a healthy lifestyle. “Balancing nutritious meals in a timely manner, as well as proper hydration and sleep, play a critical role in achieving success,” says Tobias, who currently resides in Stamford, Ct.
