ORDERING FAQ
We want you to start your meal plan as soon as possible, but since our food is prepared fresh, it is important that we have a deadline. Orders placed before 6:00pm on Friday will begin receiving meals the following Monday. Orders placed after 6PM on Friday and up to 5:00pm on Monday, will begin receiving meals on Wednesday. If ordering a 6 or 7 day meal plan and you register anytime between 5:01pm Monday – 5:00pm Wednesday, you have the option to begin receiving meals on Friday or the following Monday. IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration is not considered completed until our customer service department completes your “Welcome Call”. Within 24 hours of your registration, we will call you to confirm your account. In some cases, your start date could be postponed to the following Monday.
You may freeze your account by emailing customerservice@freshmealplan.com. Include your client id, the date you would like your last delivery, and the date to resume your delivery.
Since each person’s meal plan is specific for each individual we require one person per account. Every client will have a unique account number that is used to identify the account.

Fresh Meal Plan is a weekly recurring service and we require payments to be made with a credit or debit card. Payments are processed on Fridays for the following week. We give you the option to choose weekly, biweekly, or every 4 weeks as your billing frequency. If you travel frequently, we recommend choosing weekly.
Yes we do! You will receive a referral credit of one free day towards your meal plan for each person that signs up for their own meal plan. It’s our way to thank our current members for referring friends, acquaintances, and family. To guarantee that your account will receive the proper credit for these referrals, your friend or family member must put your name or client ID number in the referred by section during the registration process before their program begins.
MEAL FAQ
Each and every item we produce comes with the macro nutrients and details defining the specific ingredients displayed clearly on each package. You should be consuming a Fresh meal or a healthy choice every 3-4 hours depending on your health and fitness goals. You can decide which meal to eat for lunch and dinner. Snacks are the option for in-between meals. If you decide not to include breakfast in your plan, we suggest that you eat breakfast on your own within 45 minutes of waking up.
Meals and snacks are already cooked and conveniently packaged in oven-safe containers, all you need to do is heat and eat. To heat meals in microwave, lift one side of the lid and heat for 60 – 90 seconds (may vary depending on your machine). Snacks can be eaten cold or heated depending on the snack and your preference. To heat snacks in microwave, remove lid and heat for approximately 30 – 60 seconds. To heat in the oven, just remove the lid and any sauce container (if necessary) and bake in your oven at 250 degrees for no more than 15 minutes. If heating in a toaster oven, we recommend placing your meal in your own toaster-safe container. All meal and snack containers can be recycled at your discretion.
Your meals should be consumed by the latest date on the label. We keep our meals extremely healthy and clean by not preserving the ingredients. We do not recommend freezing the meals but if you are in a position where you need to, it’s best not keep them frozen for more than 2 weeks. All meals are made and delivered fresh. Note: the meals taste superior when eaten Fresh!
**Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have a medical condition.
DELIVERY FAQ
Fresh is currently delivering to all areas of Southeast Florida and now the Greater Orlando area. Our Southeast Florida area covers from Fort Pierce to the Upper Florida Keys. This includes Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
If you are not sure if we deliver to your area, please email info@freshmealplan.com for clarification. If you are outside of our delivery area, please send an email to info@freshmealplan.com to be put on our waiting list and as soon as we open your area we’ll let you know. Pickup is available in Boca Raton.
There are three delivery timeframes options to choose based on your delivery area.
Evening (7PM – Midnight) for home delivery in all of Broward and Palm Beach counties.

PM (Midnight – 7AM) for home delivery in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties.

AM (8AM – 12PM) for offices and gyms in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties.

All of our items arrive in recyclable, 100% BPA-free, oven-safe and microwave-safe containers and are delivered inside an insulated cooler bag with ice packs. We suggest that you bring your cooler bag inside and refrigerate your meals immediately. If for some reason you aren’t available, we highly recommend you arrange for someone to be available to place your meals in a refrigerator upon delivery. It is required that you place your cooler bag(s) out for the driver to pick up at the time of your next delivery. NOTE: There is a fee of $20 for each cooler bag that is not returned.
If you reside in a gated community, please advise the security guard to allow deliveries from Fresh Meal Plan. Please keep in mind that we normally delver in the middle of the night. Our delivery team can then bring your meals right up to your door.
