Local South FL deliveries
Sign up Monday - Thursday before 3 PM: start Sunday/Monday of that week
Sign up after Thursday 3 PM: start the following Sunday/Monday
Deliveries outside South FL
Sign up before 10 PM Sunday: start Friday/Saturday of that week
Sign up after Sunday 10 PM: start the following Friday/Saturday
All other locations - menu is available as soon as Wednesday at 12 P.M. and remains open for the upcoming week until Sunday 10:00 P.M.
You can choose a delivery window that works best for you. For our local South Florida members, here are the timeframes for each of the delivery windows:
AM Delivery – Monday delivery between 8:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M., Thursday delivery between 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.
PM Delivery – Monday between 12:00 A.M. – 7:00 A.M. and Thursday delivery between 12:00 A.M. and 7:00 A.M.
EVENING Delivery – Sunday evening between 7:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M. and Wednesday evening between 7:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M.
For our members outside of local South Florida, your meals will arrive by the end of the day Friday or Saturday depending on your shipping address.

About the Meals
Manage My Subscription
To freeze your account, go to “My Account” and click the tab that says “Service Freezes.” There you will see dates available to freeze your account. Note: All freezes have an automatic resume date.
The date you wish your freeze to start (no deliveries), you will select the available date for the first or second delivery of the week under “Stop Deliveries on Date.” To select the date you wish you automatically resume, you would select the Monday/Thursday date under the “Restart Deliveries On Date.”
Want to edit your freeze dates? Look at your “Service Freeze” tab on your account. There will be an “edit” button, which allows you to remove or extend an existing freeze.
All other delivery areas outside South Florida: Sundays at 10 pm EST
Please keep in mind the deadline for canceling your account. You must email or call our Customer Service team before the deadline for the following week:
Local South Florida deliveries – Thursdays at 3:00 P.M.
Deliveries outside of South Florida – Sundays at 10:00 P.M.
Packaging and Recycling
What do you have to do? Nothing! You will continue to receive your meals on your designated delivery day. Your meal selection, billing, and pricing remains the same.
Delivery and Shipping
If you are not sure if we deliver to your area, please click here to enter your zip code and find out. If you are outside of our delivery area, please send an email to email@example.com to be put on our waiting list and as soon as we open your area we’ll let you know. Meals can be picked up in Boca Raton, FL. only.
Palm Beach and Broward Counties (Florida) have the option to receive delivery between 7:00 PM-Midnight (EVE delivery), Midnight-7:00 AM (PM delivery), and 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (AM delivery).
Miami-Dade (Florida) has the option to receive delivery between Midnight-7:00 AM (PM delivery) and 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (AM delivery). All other region’s deliveries will be made between Midnight and 7:00 AM (PM delivery).
