How it Works?

Fresh Meal Plan is a meal plan delivery that delivers fresh prepared meals straight from our kitchen right to your door. Our meals are fresh, never frozen and contain balanced proteins, vegetables and complex carbohydrates that are catered to your specific needs. Co-founded by a body-building fitness enthusiast and a CIA-trained chef, Fresh Meal Plan offers fully cooked meals that simply need to be reheated and are ready to serve.

We take the time for planning, shopping, and prep out of your week. Already, you’ve got more time to work out, train, or just keep up with your active lifestyle.

Forget about the expense of sourcing the finest, freshest gourmet ingredients in perfect portions to avoid wasted leftovers or repeating the same dish over and over again. We do it all for you, saving you time and money. You enjoy fresh, healthy food, delivered right to your door. It’s that simple.

2. Pick a plan
Choose from one of our 8 weekly meal plans. Fresh Meal Plan offers choices from Vegetarian and Traditional to Paleo and our new Ketogenic Plan. Each meal plan is designed with specific fitness and nutritional goals in mind, but if you see a meal from another plan that speaks to you, add a few meals to your weekly delivery. Fresh Meal Plan lets you customize your meals each week and choose from any plan. But whatever you choose, our meals are made with fresh, responsibly-sourced and the highest quality ingredients.
3. Tell us how many meals you want each week
Our meal plans start at 10 meals per week at a base cost of $109.00. You can choose among breakfasts or lunches and dinners and even add on snacks and healthy juices. Find a meal plan that works for you and your schedule.
4. Select your meals for that week
Once you’ve subscribed to Fresh Meal Plan, you can pick your meals for your next eligible delivery date. There are so many fresh options to choose from. If you happen to forget or choose not to select your meals for the week – don’t worry! We’ll pick them for you based on the likes and dislikes saved in your account. Please note that these likes and dislikes are there to help us select your menu for the week if you don’t. We would love to pick out the olives like you used to do when you were a kid, but if you choose a meal that contains them, we won’t be able to remove them. These likes and dislikes are just there to help guide us when we choose meals for you.
5. Freshly delivered to your door
Choose a delivery window that works for you. We offer multiple delivery timeframes based on your area, so that you can have your meals when you want them.
6. Heat your meals in minutes and enjoy!
Your meals can be heated in the microwave in just a few minutes, or in the oven in an oven-safe dish at 250 degrees for no more than 15 minutes. Don’t forget to remove any small plastic sauce containers prior to heating.
Fresh Meal Plan offers eight distinct meal plans that are designed with different tastes and nutritional goals in mind. After you select a plan, you’ll get to choose the number of meals you want to receive each week. We recommend our most popular 10 meal plan. This plan gives you a breakfast and lunch or dinner for five days per week and this plan starts at $109. Plan costs increase as you choose additional meals, extra protein, our Signature meals or a la cart items such as snacks and juices.
Meal ordering deadlines and start dates depend on when you join Fresh Meal Plan and your preferred delivery window. Please check your welcome email when you sign up to see your exact start date.

Local South FL, Tampa and Orlando deliveries
Sign up Monday - Thursday before 3 PM EST: start Sunday/Monday of that week
Sign up after Thursday 3 PM EST: start the following Sunday/Monday

All other areas
Sign up before 10 PM EST Sunday: start Friday/Saturday of that week

Our meal selection windows stay open for about 4-5 days. That way, we give you plenty of time each week to select your meals for your next delivery. Here are the meal selection windows, which depend on your delivery area:
South Florida, Tampa and Orlando delivery areas - menu is available as soon as Saturday at 12 P.M. EST and remains open for the upcoming week until Wednesday at 11:59 P.M. EST
All other locations - menu is available as soon as Wednesday at 12 P.M. EST and remains open for the upcoming week until Sunday 12 P.M. EST
Yes! We let you easily add extra meals to your weekly plan. Just select them during your weekly meal selection process and click “yes” when prompted if you’d like to add this meal a la carte. Additional meals start at $9.95 for our Traditional, Paleo, Keto, Vegetarian and Lean and Mean plans, $11.95 for an XL meal and $13.00 each for our gourmet Signature meals. Mix and match plans and the number of meals you choose to fit your plans and your goals.
For our local South Florida, Tampa and Orlando members, depending on your start date and delivery time, your meals will arrive Sunday night/Monday morning for your 1st delivery. Your 2nd delivery will arrive on Wednesday night/Thursday morning, if applicable.

You can choose a delivery window that works best for you. For our local South Florida, Tampa and Orlando members, here are the timeframes for each of the delivery windows:

COMMERCIAL Delivery – Monday delivery between 8:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. EST, Thursday delivery between 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. EST

OVERNIGHT Delivery – Monday between 12:00 A.M. – 7:00 A.M. EST and Thursday delivery between 12:00 A.M. and 7:00 A.M. EST

EVENING Delivery – Sunday evening between 7:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M. EST and Wednesday evening between 7:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M. EST

For all other members, your meals will arrive by the end of the day Friday or Saturday depending on your shipping address.
Although an address can be updated online, in order to change your delivery time, you must contact customer care. Depending on the date of your call, the updated delivery time will go into effect for the next delivery or for the following week.
Fresh Meal Plan is a weekly recurring meal delivery service and payments can be made with a credit or debit card. Currently, we accept the following:

If you want to add some additional zing to your week, choose a few or our Signature meals. Want a low carb plan, gluten-free plan that compliments your workout regimen? Stick to our Keto plan and you’ll see the results. It’s up to you. Feel free to add meals from other plans to your cart, and don’t forget about snacks, desserts and juices that you can add to your order for an additional cost.
Once you sign up for Fresh Meal Plan, you will be charged every week about 3 days prior to your delivery. If you live in the local South Florida, Tampa and Orlando markets, we will charge you on Fridays. For members outside of our local markets, you will be charged on Mondays. We will use the default credit card on your account, but feel free to login and change your credit card whenever you’d like.
Be on the lookout for an email receipt we send you that includes the meals selected for the week and the total price charged to the card we have on file. About the Meals

Absolutely! At Fresh Meal Plan, we have an extensive menu that changes every week. In addition to convenience and healthy, balanced meals made of the highest quality ingredients, we offer new meals every week across all of our eight plans. Mix and match among meal plans every week based on your health and fitness goals as well as your taste buds.
Each of our meals is prepared as a single serving and is intended for one person.
All of our meals are prepared with the highest quality ingredients meant to promote your health. That means we only use fresh and free-range poultry that has been certified to be free of any antibiotics or hormones. Our seafood is sustainably caught in the wild, and our beef is grass fed. You can trust that our ingredients are selected with exacting standards so that we can ensure farm-to-table freshness that is never frozen or canned.
Meals in clear containers are intended to be eaten cold and should not be microwaved in the container provided. Meals, snacks, and breakfasts can be heated in the microwave by cracking the lid or peeling back the plastic seal and heating for 1-2 minutes. Snacks can be eaten cold or heated depending on the snack and your preference. To heat in the oven, just remove the lid and any sauce container and bake at 250 degrees for no more than 15 minutes. If heating in a toaster oven, we recommend placing your meal in your own toaster-safe container. Don’t forget to remove any small plastic sauce containers prior to heating.
Every meal and snack we prepare comes with the macronutrients and details defining the specific ingredients displayed clearly on each package. It is optimal for your body if you are eating every 3-4 hours, but your total intake is dependent on your health and fitness goals. Fresh Meal Plan offers meals for lunch and dinner in addition to breakfasts, healthy snacks and fresh juices. You can decide which meal to eat for lunch or dinner, but feel free to substitute with a breakfast and be sure to eat within 45 minutes of waking up every day.

Manage My Subscription

It’s easy. Once you’re logged in, tell us what dates you want to freeze and when you’ll be back. You can skip up to three weeks at a time. Just make sure to freeze your subscription service before the deadlines indicated below in "How Do I Make Changes To My Account?" Your meal plan subscription will automatically resume at the end of your freeze dates.

To freeze your account, go to “My Account” and click the tab that says “Service Freezes.” There you will see dates available to freeze your account. Note: All freezes have an automatic resume date.

The date you wish your freeze to start (no deliveries), you will select the available date for the first or second delivery of the week under “Stop Deliveries on Date.” To select the date you wish you automatically resume, you would select the Monday/Thursday date under the “Restart Deliveries On Date.”

Want to edit your freeze dates? Look at your “Service Freeze” tab on your account. There will be an “edit” button, which allows you to remove or extend an existing freeze.
South Florida, Tampa and Orlando local delivery deadline: Wednesdays at 11:59 pm EST
All other delivery areas: Sundays at 12 pm EST

Since each person’s meal plan is specific to each individual, we suggest one person per account. Every client will have a unique account number that is used to identify the account, as well as a username and password specific to your plan type that will allow you to choose meals.

Fresh Meal Plan lets you customize your meal selection week-to-week. Because we need to do some planning, we need our members in South Florida, Tampa and Orlando to choose their weekly meals no later than Wednesday at 11:59 P.M. EST and our members everywhere else before Sunday at 12:00 P.M. EST
Any freezes, cancellations and changes to your account need to be made by the following times: 3:00 pm EST on Thursdays for our members in the South Florida, Tampa and Orlando areas and 10:00 pm EST on Sunday for all other members. Fresh Meal Plan is a recurring subscription service. As soon as you sign up, you are billed for the first upcoming week of service. Going forward, you are billed every Friday (South Florida, Tampa and Orlando) or Monday (all other areas) each week until you place a service freeze for a specific date or unless you contact customer care to cancel your subscription before the weekly deadline. For our local South Florida, Tampa and Orlando deliveries, the deadline for account changes or cancellations is Thursday 3:00 P.M. EST prior to the Friday billing. For all other areas, our deadline is on Sunday at 10:00 P.M. EST prior to the Monday billing.

Packaging and Recycling

Yes! Containers and ice packs can be rinsed and recycled or reused at your discretion. The gel in our ice packs is non-toxic, water soluble, and biodegradable. We encourage you to reuse the ice packs; however disposing of them is as easy as cutting them open, flushing the contents down the sink or drain, and recycling the bag.
If you're in South Florida, Tampa or Orlando and forget to leave your empty bag out before your delivery, please leave it out before your next scheduled delivery.

Fresh is currently delivering to the contiguous United States.

Delivery window options depend on your area.

Palm Beach and Broward Counties (Florida) have the option to receive delivery between 7:00 PM-Midnight (EVENING delivery), Midnight-7:00 AM (OVERNIGHT delivery), and 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (COMMERCIAL delivery).

Miami-Dade (Florida) has the option to receive delivery between Midnight-7:00 AM (OVERNIGHT delivery) and 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (COMMERCIAL delivery).
 
Orlando and Tampa (Florida) deliveries will be made between Midnight and 7:00 AM (OVERNIGHT delivery).
 
All other areas will receive their shipment by the end of the day Friday or Saturday.
We do our best to inform you of any possible delays that may affect your delivery time. If your food does not arrive by your scheduled delivery window, give us a call at 855-373-7467 or email customerservice@freshmealplan.com as soon as possible.. Please call us the same day as your delivery so that that we can fix any delivery issues as soon as possible. We love our Fresh Plan Members and want to make sure everything goes as planned!
Help us make sure your Fresh Meal delivery arrives to you safely and on time! When you enter your delivery information on our website, please make sure to provide us with the gate or access code. Have a security guard at your community? Please let them know that you that we are delivering to your door weekly. Don’t forget that our local delivery service is delivering in the middle of the night. That’s how we keep it fresh!
Yes! Please just be sure to give us your company name, suite number or floor so that we can deliver your weekly meals.
