Fresh Meal Plan is a meal plan delivery service that delivers fresh prepared meals straight from our kitchen right to your door. Our meals are fresh, never frozen and contain balanced proteins, vegetables and complex carbohydrates that are catered to your specific needs. Co-founded by a body-building fitness enthusiast and a CIA-trained chef, Fresh Meal Plan offers fully cooked meals that simply need to be reheated and are ready to serve.

We take the time for planning, shopping, and prep out of your week. Already, you’ve got more time to work out, train, or just keep up with your active lifestyle.

It’s easy! Simply click “Sign Up” and follow the steps. You will select your meals for your first week, select your preferences for future weeks and you are ready to receive your first shipment! Download the app to access and manage your future orders.

The continental U.S.

Once your account is created, you will select your meals from all plans for your first week and every week going forward. If you do not select after your first week our system will assign meals from the menu that week, based on the plan and dislikes you selected during the sign-up process.

Your meals will be delivered by hand for Local (South Florida) or shipped via FedEx with a tracking number for every step of the delivery in any other location (We ship to 48 states) every week.

Each week you will have access to brand new menus and ability to select from all of our meal plans. Don’t forget to check the Fresh Plus area for bulk items, side dishes and yummy desserts to add each week!

If you ever need to modify your subscription or freeze your account, make sure to do so before the upcoming week’s deadline.

Do not worry! If you forget to select your meals, we have what we call “Chef’s Choice.” Chef’s Choice is your default meal plan you selected at sign up (it can be changed at any time by contacting customer service) combined with your dislikes. If you do not select your meals, our service will automatically assign you meals based on your preferences from our weekly changing menus.

National – The menu is available Wednesday at 12pm and closes Sunday 12pm EST.

Local – The menu is available Saturday at 12pm and closes Wednesday 11:59pm. EST.

Your first charge will occur when you submit your first order during the sign-up process. The billing going forward is recurring. Local members are charged every Friday, National members are charged every Monday.

THE MEALS

To heat the meals, remove the film, and place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. NOTICE: Remove any sauce containers before heating. Do not heat in oven – containers are only microwave safe. Not all meals are meant to be heated – enjoy salads, parfaits, and select other meals cold.

We’re excited to deliver the meals you love in our new, eco-friendly packaging! The new fresh seal technology keeps your food fresher, even longer. Plus – the containers are made with less material, and are fully recyclable, creating less waste. Every meal has an expiration date but are designed to last up to 10 days unopened in refrigeration.

We understand that there is a need for larger portion sizes. Our XL options provide the same great meals but with double the protein! You can select them from any menu for an additional charge or if you are on the XL plan they are included in your selection.

Dislikes are selected at sign up and can be changed in your account portal. Dislikes are only used when you receive Chef’s choice. If you select your meals, make sure to review the ingredients as the meals are not customized based on your dislikes.

Of course! We are excited to share our new 100% vegan meal plan for all of our plant-friendly members. We offer a variety of vegan options with all vegan ingredients! Even if you are not on the vegan plan we suggest trying one of the delicious meals.

DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT

National (48 States)

We deliver to the 48 contiguous states. We have partnered with FedEx and created the perfect shipping process to ensure your meals are delivered fresh each week. Our packaging uses the latest technology to ensure freshness without ever being frozen!

From Orlando to Miami-Dade County, we offer hand deliveries once or twice a week depending on your location.

National - via FedEx

If you are in the any of the 48 states with exception of South Florida, your meals are shipped in a carboard box with dry ice and carefully sealed to ensure quality. Each week you will receive a tracing ID directly to your e-mail so you can follow your shipment every step of the way until it arrives at your door! *We currently only ship to residential locations, we cannot ship to a business or office address.

Orlando to Miami-Dade County, we offer hand deliveries once or twice a week depending on your location (Broward County and Miami Dade will receive two deliveries a week). Your meals come in a Fresh Meal Plan cooler bag designed to keep your meals cool with ice-packs during your delivery time window until you are able to bring them inside.

*Please make sure if you are local to add special delivery instructions for our drivers, especially if you live in a gated community so we can ensure your meals get to you with no issues!

National Shipment- via FedEx

Your meals are shipped on Thursday and should arrive at your door on Friday or Saturday the latest, depending on your state. The only time this may change is during inclement weather advisories or holidays.

Please note: All shipments are scheduled to arrive between Friday-Saturday, if your tracking number shows otherwise your tracking information will update before it’s arrival on Saturday. If you receive any other notifications from FedEx, you may contact them directly or contact our customer service team.

For our local South Florida members, depending on your start date and delivery time, your meals will arrive Sunday night/Monday morning for your 1st delivery. Your 2nd delivery will arrive on Wednesday night/Thursday morning, if applicable.

You can choose a delivery window that works best for you. For our local South Florida members, here are the timeframes for each of the delivery windows:

PM (Overnight)– Monday between 12:00 A.M. – 7:00 A.M. and Thursday delivery between 12:00 A.M. and 7:00 A.M.

AM (Commercial) – Monday delivery between 8:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M., Thursday delivery between 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.

EVENING (Evening) – Sunday evening between 7:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M. and Wednesday evening between 7:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

Simply go to www.freshmealplan.com or download our app from the app store. Your login information is your e-mail address and password you created at sign up. Our app is available for iphone and android. Make sure to turn your notifications on to get important reminders like when to select your meals!

Through the app or the website, you can select your meals, update your personal information, delivery or billing information. You can manage your past orders and make changes to your subscription.

If you are going out of town for a period of time, we offer the ability to freeze your account for specific dates and even in advance!

When freezing your account please keep in mind that your resume date will automatically bill you prior to the date you selected to resume services.

Through your account portal you can update your information. Keep in mind that all changes need to be made by Thursday 3:00pm for Local deliveries and Sunday 12pm for National shipments. If you need to update your chef’s choice meal plan, please contact our customer care team at 561-330-4345.

Although we are a subscription service we want to ensure as much flexibility as possible. If you do not want to lose any promotions, we suggest freezing your account for a specific period of time instead!

However, if you need to cancel your subscription you may do so on your account portal. Keep in mind cancellations processed after cut-off will take place for the following week.

We make it easy for you to reactivate your account when you are ready to return! Simply login to your old account and under the “Customer Information” tab and the “Click Here” button to activate. You will automatically be able to see the menu if it is available and be scheduled to receive meals for the next available delivery date.
