Fresh Meal Plan is a meal plan delivery service that delivers fresh prepared meals straight from our kitchen right to your door. Our meals are fresh, never frozen and contain balanced proteins, vegetables and complex carbohydrates that are catered to your specific needs. Co-founded by a CIA-trained chef and a body-building fitness enthusiast, Fresh Meal Plan offers fully cooked meals that simply need to be reheated and are ready to serve. We take the time for planning, shopping, and prep out of your week!

Subscription – Weekly reoccurring plan that takes the pain out of planning. Have your meal plan delivered weekly (pause or cancel at your convenience within the weekly deadlines). Select your meals weekly from any plan and add healthy deserts and family style meals from our Fresh + menu. or have the chef select the meals for you based on your original plan if you do not wish to select them yourself or forget to select your meals.
Subscription is a weekly service
Choose from 6,10 (our most popular) or14 meals per week to start. Ordering more meals than the plan you select is no problem.
Select a default plan ranging from paleo, traditional, keto, lean and mean or vegan (this will be your default if you choose not to select your meals for the week)
You are billed for your first order at sign up.
After the first week you are billed on Fridays for local South Florida or Monday’s for national shipments outside of South Florida.
Meals are shipped via Courier (or contact free delivery in local south Florida) on a weekly basis for your active account.
You can manage your account, skip shipments and select your meals by downloading our app or logging into your account through the fresh meal plan website within the weekly deadlines for upcoming shipments.
It’s easy! Simply click “Sign Up”, select your desired service (subscription or a la carte) and follow the steps. You will be brought to the menu where you can select your first week of meals, and you are ready to receive your first shipment! Download the app to access and manage your future orders.
Fresh + is our designated menu of family style offerings, and yummy healthy desserts. They are a great addition to any subscription plan.
Our menus change on a weekly basis. We want to always bring you the best variety and seasonal items.
The menu is available Monday at 12am EST and closes Sunday at 11:59pm EST, for orders to ship the following Thursday. Orders received after that period will be for the following week.
The menu is available Thursday at 6:01pm and closes the following Thursday at 6pm EST for orders for the following Monday. Orders received after that period will be for the following week.
Absolutely! By clicking on the "food" section of the website you can actually view our current week's menu! Our menus change every week, so if you see a meal you like make sure to sign up and order before the menu changes!
ABOUT THE MEALS

To heat the meals, peal back the corners of the film, and place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. NOTICE: Remove any sauce containers before heating. Do not heat in oven – containers are only microwave safe. Not all meals are meant to be heated – enjoy salads, parfaits, and select other meals cold.
Every meal on our website before selection as well as the labels on the meals when they arrive, all show the macros (protein, carbs and fats) and meal ingredients. The Macro counts are the total carb amount (not net). Our meals have little to no sodium (300-500mg).
We are excited to deliver the meals you love in eco-friendly packaging! The new fresh seal technology keeps your food fresher longer. Plus – the containers are made with BPA free material, and are fully recyclable, creating. Every meal has an expiration date but are designed to last up to 10 days unopened in refrigeration.
We understand that there is a need for larger portion sizes. Our extra protein options provide the same great meals but with double the protein! You can select them from any menu for an additional charge or if you are on the extra protein plan they are included in your selection.
If you select any of the items on our menu, the meals will include all ingredients listed regardless of your personal preferences or dislikes.
Dislikes are selected at sign up and can be changed in your account portal for subscription members. Dislikes are only used when you receive Chef’s choice (an order not selected by yourself). If you select your meals, make sure to review the ingredients as the meals are not customized based on your dislikes.
If you have any life-threatening food allergies of medical conditions that are food-related, we strongly recommend you discontinue service immediately. We will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed.
Of course! We are excited to share our new 100% vegan meal plan for all of our plant-friendly members. We offer a variety of vegan options with all vegan ingredients, and vegan substitutes to some of your Fresh favorites!
Subscription members start at 6, 10, or 14 meal plans and can add as many additional items from any of the menus or fresh + after the original meal plan count has been met.
A la Carte members can only select from 8,12 or 16 item boxes and restricted to the specific number of items in the box but can select from all plans including all fresh + items.
DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT
National (48 States)
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states. We ship, via a courier, your meals ensuring that they are delivered fresh each week. Our packaging uses the latest technology to ensure freshness without ever being frozen!
Local (South Florida from Orlando to Miami Dade County)
If you live in South Florida (Orlando to Miami-Dade County) we offer contact-free deliveries once or twice a week depending on your location. (Once a week if you are an a la carte member).
National (48 States) Via Courier
If you are in the any of the 48 states with exception of South Florida, your meals are shipped in a Insulated box with ice packs and carefully sealed to ensure quality. Each week you will receive a tracking ID directly to your e-mail so you can follow your shipment every step of the way until it arrives at your door!
*Due to possible delays, we currently only ship to residential locations. We cannot ship to a business, office or PO Box address.
Local (South Florida from Orlando to Miami Dade County) via Contact Free Driver
Orlando to Miami-Dade County, we offer hand deliveries once or twice a week depending on your location (Broward County and Miami Dade will receive two deliveries a week). Your meals come in a Fresh Meal Plan cooler bag designed to keep your meals cool with ice-packs during your delivery time window until you are able to bring them inside.
*Please make sure if you are local to add special delivery instructions for our drivers, especially if you live in a gated community so we can ensure your meals get to you with no issues!
National (48 States) Via Courier: Your meals are shipped on Wednesday and should arrive at your door on Friday or Saturday the latest, depending on your state and shipping zone. The only time this may change is during inclement weather advisories or holidays.
Please note: All shipments are scheduled to arrive between Thursday-Saturday, if your tracking number shows otherwise your tracking information will update before it’s arrival on Saturday. If you receive any other notifications from the courier, you may contact them directly or contact our customer service team.
Local (South Florida from Orlando to Miami Dade County)
For our local South Florida members, depending on your start date and delivery time, your meals will arrive Sunday night/Monday morning for your 1st delivery. If you are a part of the Miami Dade/Broward with a 2nd delivery, your 2nd delivery will arrive on Wednesday night/Thursday morning, if applicable.
Local Delivery Windows (South Florida, Orlando to Miami Dade County)
You can choose a delivery window that works best for you. For our local South Florida members, here are the timeframes for each of the delivery windows.
EVE – (Evening)– Sunday evening between 7:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M. and Wednesday evening between 7:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M if 2nd delivery applies.
AM (Commercial)- Monday delivery between 7:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., Thursday delivery between 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. if 2nd delivery applies.
*Note: Commercial delivery time is designated for businesses, if for any reason your business will be closed for a delivery, please update your address or inform our customer service team before the upcoming week’s deadline.
PM (Overnight) – Monday only between 12:00 AM – 7:00 A.M. Monday morning.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT AND REFERRAL PROGRAMS
Simply go to www.freshmealplan.com or download our app from the app store. Your login information is your e-mail address and password you created at sign up. Our app is available for iPhone and android. Make sure to turn your notifications on to get important reminders like when to select your meals!
Through the app or the website, you can select your meals, update your personal information, delivery or billing information. You can manage your past orders and make changes to your subscription.
Unfortunately, we cannot change an order once it has been placed within the system. All changes would need to take effect for the following shipment.
*Note this applies to first orders as well.
If you are going out of town for a period of time, we offer the ability to skip your orders for specific dates and also in advance.
Through your online account, this area can be found under "Skip Order(s)" This will show you past and future skips as well as allow you to create new ones based on your delivery dates.
When skipping a week in your account please keep in mind that your resume date will automatically bill you prior to the date you selected to resume services and you can only skip up to four weeks at a time.
Through your account portal you can update your information. Keep in mind that all changes need to be made by Thursday 6:00pm for Local deliveries and Sunday 11:59pm for National shipments to affect your upcoming shipment. If you are subscription and need to update your default chef’s choice meal plan, please contact our customer care team at 561-330-4345.
Although you have chosen our subscription service, we want to ensure as much flexibility as possible. If you do not want to lose any promotions, we suggest freezing your account for a specific period of time instead.
However, if you need to cancel your subscription you may do so on your account portal. Keep in mind cancellations processed after cut-off will take place for the following week.
We make it easy for you to reactivate your account when you are ready to return! Simply login to your old account either through the app or the online website. You will be prompted with a screen showing that you can reactivate and to verify your account information, as soon as you click “reactivate my service now” your account is active to receive deliveries for the next available delivery date.
Absolutely! Give the gift of Fresh Meal Plan and refer your friends! For every friend you refer you will receive a $25 credit for your Fresh Meal Plan orders and your friend will receive $25 off their first order at sign up! Simply click "refer a friend" from your account and enter the recipients e-mail. They will receive an e-mail with a link that will automatically apply the $25 referral once they have signed up for their first order.
Promotional codes (if active) can only be used on plans more than 10 meals and must be entered at the time of sign up on Step 4 of the sign-up process.
