Fresh Meal Plan is a meal plan delivery service that delivers fresh, prepared meals directly to you. The meals are fresh, never frozen and contain balanced proteins, vegetables and complex carbohydrates. There are six different plans to accommodate all eating preferences. Fresh Meal Plan does the meal prepping for you, so you have more time to work out, train, or just keep up with your active lifestyle.

Click “Get Started” and then choose an option in the dropdown. Create a login email and password, and once you have filled out your information you will be able to select your meals. Upon completion of checkout, you are charged for your first week and are ready to receive your first shipment of Fresh meals on your requested start date.

Nationally across the continental U.S.

The first step is to sign up, select your base plan and add your dislikes to your account. Dislikes will not remove the ingredient from your selected meals, but if you do not select your meals and receive the chef’s selection for the week, we will ensure your meals don’t contain those ingredients. Every week you login during the menu selection period to select your meals. If you do not select your meals you will receive a generated selection automatically based on the dislikes on your account unless you have a service freeze for the current week. Depending on your location your meals could arrive two different ways:

South Florida Local Deliveries – your meals will arrive once or twice a week during your designated delivery time, hand delivered to your door (make sure to add any special delivery instructions to your account) National Shipping – your meals will arrive via FedEx on a Friday/Saturday packaged and sealed for you to open and eat. Your account is billed once a week for the following week. All changes can be made the week prior for the upcoming week.
